Eilish’s passion for fitness began when she first stepped foot in a gym aged 15. Over the past decade she has explored a magnitude of training disciplines from Crossfit, functional fitness and yoga to strength and conditioning and Muay Thai. More recently Eilish’s drive for a challenge has seen her begin her journey towards competing in bikini bodybuilding with the WBFF. Eilish’s goal is to help you take back control of your health and build the physique of your dreams through fitness, nutrition and lifestyle.

I signed up with AGTC and began my journey.
I love food, and with AGTC I could still eat everything I loved. Ryan worked out my nutrition and excercise plan.
I have learnt that I don't need to eat as much as my eyes tell me, my body doesn't need the extra food.
Yesterday I hit my goal weight!!! I've lost 10kg!!!
I now fit a smaller size, which is a fantastic feeling!
I have a better relationship with food and am more aware of how much food my body needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the start of my 12 week cut, I was very self conscious. I would wear oversized hoodies to try hide my insecurities, and I wasn't happy with my body. At the end of my cut, I have lost 6.5kg and am feeling really good and my confidence is coming back. With the help of coach Ryan, I was able to build great eating habits and learnt a lot about nutrients in food and how to break negative eating habits that I had before. He also checked up on me and discussed what was working and what wasn't and modified it to make targets more achievable, which helped keep me on track. The 12 week program that Ryan and Eilish have created is an awesome program, backed with heaps of knowledge. They offer continuous support and genuinely care for your success and wellbeing. couldn't reccoment more!

I started with them to get my running to the next level. With there advice in training and nutrition to help accomplish my goals.
I took on the 16 week program, Ryan developed a training program and advised me on Macros and showed me how to track it all.
Losing weight wasn’t my goal, my goal was to get faster and fitter.
Results for this happened quite fast to.
5km start 20.09mins now 18:08mins
10km start 43.34mins now 38:03
21km start 1:38.49 now to 1:29.17
I was amazed in that sort of improvement since before starting the programme I wasn’t make much improvement. To cut off minutes is impressive to do in a year yet alone doing it in 16weeks.
So recommend Ryan and Eilish to everyone especially since I was allowed to eat whatever I wanted so that was the fun part.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked with Eilish from the end of May 2021 to just before Christmas 2021.
As someone with a high volume of training I found it extremely difficult to lose weight without losing energy for my sport.
Eilish and Ryan worked methodically to workout a system that was tailored to my needs. We started on a mild deficit and when that stalled took small breaks and re adjusted.
The science was explained to me carefully at each step and Eilish was especially good at reassuring me when I lost my patience and became skeptical!
It’s not weight watchers with cute points for extra exercise. Eilish takes you on a journey of learning how to manage things for yourself using formulas and reasoning.
I thoroughly recommend this programme to everyone. I especially like the accountability and the habit creation - ticking off small wins each day.
It’s not a cookie cutter programme and provided you commit to it, it will work.

Before coming here I struggled for many years with crash diets (cheap, one size fits all), believing it was my fault I couldn't achieve results or wasn't good enough to do so. I really like Ryan's realistic, easy to understand approach. I did not feel pressure to change my lifestyle drastically or eat food I hate! The training plans, the app and the support has been amazing. Ryan is great to work with, easy to get on with, supportive and professional. I would fully recommend this program to anyone wanting to achieve results in a long term, sustainable way. These people know their stuff!

I am also stronger, leaner, and have now gone out on my own after six months of building and then going into a deficit. Eilish and Ryan really know their stuff and are so consistent with their support and encouragement and advice with nutrition. Going on my own now until I want to build more muscle later - these pros will help me reach my next goal then too. I 100% recommend if you want to lose weight, gain weight, get better health habits, or even want to get that muscle gains.
