★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As with EuroSurgeon performance they really know their European cars inside and out and are a great team to deal with as well. I get all my servicing and repairs done for my BMW ActiveHybrid 3 here and it's great knowing it's in the best hands.
While being able to fix issues that arise quickly and for a great price is reason enough to see them, to me being made aware of future potential issues and doing all you can to rectify them before they worsen is key to being able to enjoy your car for the long run, and I think that really sets EuroSurgeon apart for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldn't recommend the lads at Euro Surgeon more, I had some major issues that were met by major quotes and silly remarks from other major mechanics in Auckland, was recommend Euro Surgeon by my Wellington Mechanic and others on Facebook, best decision yet it was quality service from start to finish, clear communication, proper diagnosis of issued which saved me around $9500 which others diagnosed as a blown headgasket, these guys are knowledgeable in Audis and know their stuff! Look no more for a euro mechanic team have a chat with Joe or Charlie, you'll be in safe hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, I would not recommend using them at all. They’re more than happy to take your money, but when it comes to requesting documents they have a hard time. I requested any records of a car on Monday and still haven’t received them and it’s 3 days later. The manager is terribly rude, I bet if the roles were reversed and someone spoke to him the way he speaks to customers he would be disappointed. I have had to call multiple times to follow up, but the staff is always busy. How hard is it to send a document via email.

The guys at EuroSurgeon knows their performance euro cars very well and took care of my annual service and did the diagnostics correctly and fixed a niggling issue that was self diagnosed incorrectly by myself… all up costing less than what I’m used to pay at other Indy euro shops. Overall very satisfied and want to say good job to the EuroSurgeon team!! 5 star
