★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kate and ella are excellent hosts, friendly, helpful and respectful of privacy ? affordable and didn't have to use our car the whole weekend as everything is within walking distance, clean, tidy and lovely units with the extra choccy on top upon arrival, will definitely stay again, thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor quality from the administration team, very unhelpful and very rude. This place was booked by myself and then cancelled (which they claimed it was not cancelled) as I found a better option, this place still decided to ring me on the arrival date and abuse me through the phone demanding me to pay the full price for the property - in which I refused as I did cancel the property before their cancellation fee date and they proceeded to threaten me with lawyers and escalate with booking.com. Absolutely do not recommend this place am absolutely disgusted with the customer service over the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a superb 2 night stay here this weekend! Really clean & tidy, only a short walk to the pools and all amenities. The managers were amazing too, incredibly friendly and accommodating. Best place to stay in Hanmer, will definitely be coming back! 10/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very comfortable rooms and friendly knowledgeable hosts. Units are clean and spacious with excellent facilities and personal touches like chocolates on the bed. Small milk is provided as well as tea, plunger coffee and hot chocolate powder. Makeup remover wipes, shampoo and body wash are provided as is linen. Beds are soft clean and warm and heaters and blankets are provided if needed for winter. Sky TV gives extra channels, although you don't end up spending too much time here because walks and pools have you out much of the day. Really peaceful setting at the end of town. Large garden with picnic tables, clothes line for drying swimming costumes and swings for small children. Easy walk to the pools and shops. Would love to stay again.
