★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best accomodation in Hanmer Springs. Jan was extremely friendly and accomodating. The rooms are large, quiet and modern. I especially liked the underfloor heating. Great view looking over the reserve. Have stayed at multiple hotels over NZ and this definitely takes top spot. The more expensive option in Hanmer but worth every dollar. Thanks again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice comfortable room, very clean and tidy. Service is very good! Shower over bath isn't ever a good thing, and the pressure wasn't great. Walls very thin, so neighbours and outside noises were frustrating.

We booked an upstairs executive spa room with balcony (room 206) which was well worth it, amazing views, walking distance to bakery that opens early for coffee and crossiants and stumbling distance to all bars. Can not recommend enough

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for one night, but would love to come back and stay for longer. Large, immaculately clean room which is furnished well and a very comfy bed. The balcony and views were the icing on the cake! The room was quiet and private with lots of space. Our hosts were lovely and very helpful, they even provided towels for the hot Springs! Restaurants, shops and Springs all within walking distance. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a home away from home whilst in Hanmer!
