★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb views of the lake and Remarkables. Apartment is nicely set out. Only issue we encountered is that it was very warm for a couple of nights and the lack of air conditioning and fan in the bedroom meant we had to have the windows open resulting in a lot of noise from the road nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time staying in Queenstown. I would definitely recommend this place! Beautiful view! Clean and organised place. Bus stop to the main town area is right in front of the lodge too. Only downside is that if you have an issue that needs immediate attention, there won't be a reception area to go to. But overall, my mother and I enjoyed our stay here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful with this place. I booked an apartment for early August, but we might not be able to travel to NZ with the border closure. Despite the situation, they don't even want to consider changing the dates or trying to help. No doubt someone will rebook this apartment between now and early August. The accommodation availability is limited in Queenstown at the moment. However, there is no discussion possible with this place! They will apply the cancellation policy. I know that it's a difficult situation for everyone, but exceptional circumstances should drive particular behaviours. So just be careful. For me, I will never revisit this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Because we were in a waterfront studio, there was no laundry powder, laundromat was up the hill a bit, and a dustpan, brush and broom was not supplied and they dont do room service. So we had to purchase our own dust pan and brush to pick up some crumbs and clean their rooms. Kitchenette extremely small, only a microwave and 2 sets of cutlery and plates but its good we did our research knowing this before we booked. Bed was a tad foamy, sunk in the middle a bit, but it was warm and not too bad. All in all, we did get what we paid for (excellent price per night) and the views are extraordinary, so I might recommend this studio room to others if they want a lower price accommodation with views.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TV setup should be upgraded it's very outdated, consider getting a TV with Netflix.
Apartment we were in must have had animals in it at some point as my allergies were playing up. Views are spectacular and it is close to town.
