β β β β β Wayne has gone above and beyond what I expected...my 2003 Mercedes Benz e320 had always been serviced by a Mercedes Benz dealership and what I got from Altech Car Clinic is by far in access of anything I've experience before.
the communication is spot on.
the completed repairs and service work is perfect.
the price is very fair and I as I drove away, my car felt and sounded like it did 9 years earlier when I bought it.
I can't recommend Wayne enough!

β β β β β Im so happy i found Wayne to work on my Merc. Wasn't happy with another local company who didn't really care that much about my vehicle. Wayne really cared and did everything to make sure my vehicle and i were happy. Lots of information and nothing done until i was aware of what needed doing. Definitely will keep taking my vehicle to him.

β β β β β Wayne was recommended to me by a fellow Mercedes owner after I complained about what I felt was poor service from another local Dealership. (My engine light was on and they kept telling me they couldn't find the fault)!!!!!
On contacting Wayne I was instantly impressed by his knowledge and obvious love of European vehicles.
My car was booked in on Monday and a diagnosis was carried out.
Wayne explained the issues to me and the approx. cost. Parts were ordered, fitted and my car was ready to be picked up the next day.
There were no hidden surprises and my car is running better than it has for the past 3 years. I have no hesitation in recommending Altech Car Clinic to any European car owner. Thankyou very much Wayne I'll be back.

β β β β β On Christmas Eve, we were having major car troubles, and although Altech Car Clinic was officially closed for the Christmas holiday, Wayne was kind enough to open up shop to see us. The vehicle was too dangerous to keep driving, so over the holidays, he even found a part in Australia and got it fixed in record time as soon as the part was available! Not only that, but on the day of the breakdown (when he had guests shortly arriving to his home for Christmas Eve), still drove us over 30 mins to meet my partner's parents to collect us since we didn't have a vehicle. He certainly saved us on the day, and his kindness, professionalism, and unbelievable promptness to complete the job did not go unnoticed. I would highly highly recommend his service to anyone. This kind of customer service truly rarely exists these days. Couldn't thank you enough Wayne!!

β β β β β I was in the South Island on holiday when car issues started. Wayne readily diagnosed the issue, used his contacts the the replacement parts, which are in very limited supply and got them skillfully fitted. His reputation as the best person to looking after European cars is well want. He also also took the time to point out a few upcoming issues that I should get dealt to once back home. All that and I still made it too my ferry home. I can't recommend him enough. Thanks Wayne.

β β β β β Wayne and his team gave me a lot of time to discuss the problems my car had and at the end I was very confident that I had received the best possible recommendations and service based on his vast experience and Mercedes-Benz special equipment and software. He has a huge experience with European cars. And one could eat off the floor in his garage. Outside Germany I have never experienced such professional advice and quality of workmanship.
