★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking on a first come first served basis with nowhere near enough parks for the rooms. Had to park so close to someone else’s room door that there was risk of damage to our car. Dated rooms with loose fixtures and a shower over tub that looked too grimy to risk. Staff were friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good value stay. We stayed for 4 nights full buffet breakfast included. Room clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff friendly, welcoming and helpful. Covid rules as specified on website were strictly adhered to so we felt well protected. Parking availability a wee bit of a lottery and might be an issue at busier times.

Very dated bathroom with weird separated basin area setup. Bedroom/living area very dark and dingy.
Not enough parking, had to park 2 blocks away!
Staff were lovely though.

Handy to town. It is clean, staff very good and the breakfast was great.
Minus half a star comes mainly in the form of the shower over the bath. Found it alittle uncertain with my footing and the odd bits around the unit requiring some attention.
But loved my stay and would gladly tell others to come and stay.
My added bonus was a front view of the lake from the balcony:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The view from our hotel room was incredible- every time we looked it was different.
The staff were very friendly.
It was a perfect place to stay as we left the car in the carpark and walked everywhere.
The only thing is the building is a bit dated, but we will definitely be back to stay next time we are down in Queenstown ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoyed our stay here, my son was quite happy. Only thing that does not go well was our room was not ready when we reached that but the staff was polite and professional. And also there was no drinking water bottle, when we asked for it they asked us to drink from tap from washroom which we did not liked. Except that overall it was good experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed 7 nights and the main room was fabulous and large with plenty of sitting area with 2 comfy chairs to watch tv or view outside. It opened out onto an outside terrace to the side and a balcony at the front. It had a hand grip on the wall to help us oldies to manoeuvre getting in and out of the bath for a shower. This is important to us these days. Great staff, very clean, comfy bed, bathroom a bit tired but will definitely stay here again in this room
