★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had Amy as a personal trainer since March 2017, having weekly sessions with her and following the programmes myself which she sets. It has been amazing how my body and core strength have improved so much over the past 12 months, thanks to Amy and the skills that she has in imparting her knowledge and ensuring that the exercises are done in the correct way. We set regular goals which are based on activities that I am working towards, including mountain biking, kayaking, trekking and surfing.
I have been surfing for the first time in ages this weekend and it had been a struggle in the past to stand up with ease.
I am so ecstatic as I popped up easily without wobbling thanks to Amy.... thank you ...thank you.
The other bonus is that I have lost about 6 kilos with the regular exercise programme and eating more healthily.
Thanks so much Amy for all that you have done for me.

I have nothing but praise for this exceptionally gifted young woman, and am so grateful I have list two kilos in two weeks, feel satisfied, energetic, unheard of even after months at weight watchers.
