This would have to be the worst insurance company you could ever deal with. Had a truck that went on fire ? now we are treated like the ones that caused it. Not only this, the agreed value has now been changed to a lower amount even though it was valued prior to the insurance been taken out less that 6 months ago. Wouldn't use this company ?

This would have to be the worst insurance company you could ever deal with. Every single step is taking forever! Have called them every second day asking to talk with Logan, have had my details written down 4 TIMES NOW!!!! All with the promise of a phone call back to deal with my problem but they persist in never returning my calls!! This insurance company appears to be a JOKE with such a small staffing unit that they are unable to meet the basic requirements for a insurance firm to deal with BASIC insurance disputes.

I don't like switching reviews, but I'm honestly really happy with them now. We've had claims approved fast and that apparently other companies WOULD weasle out of. They're an insurance company, so possibly still scum. But we're currently getting great service from them. So actually now would reccomend.

Absolutely disappointed with the ando company. There client totalled my car been waiting a month to even get my car assesd by them. I now have no car but there client is sorted and back on the road with in a week what a joke. I have emaild to no response and probably just full excuses why they have made no contact. do not recomend at all. Legal action will be sort.

Very unhappy with this provider. We have only ever had one claim and it took ages to get any clear response. First they couldn't figure out which cover applied and then decided arbitrarily what our "replacement" should be which fell well short of actual cost. Way too long to sort out a simple claim and pay a fair settlement. Terrible communication. Will be asking our broker to change insurers at next renewal and wont be recommending to anybody.

Very hard to deal with took so long to deal with claim pulled out of claim as they wanted to investigate me after 3 years of honest up to date payments and claims made they terminated my policy. Would not deal with them again.

Absolutely terrible service! They are by far the slowest, non responsive insurance company we have ever had to deal with. Of course on top of not being able to get an answer, they will find every loop hole and reason to avoid covering an insurance claim. We have had damage to our property which was through no cause of our own, and they have not only not covered the loss, but they have removed insurance liability on part of our property even though we have paid the full premium. Absolutely terrible company to deal with, and I would strongly recommend getting insurance from another provider. Steer clear from ANDO altogether!

*Edit* There was some delays, longer then preferred for payment of written off vehicle. About 6weeks. After everything was said and done the claim was paid. I'm not sure if it was ando or the broker I used but there were communication breakdowns along the way. Happy to leave this behind me now.
