★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An insurance claim got referred to Crawford and Co to manage regarding urine in carpet. They wanted it cleaned professionally first - fair enough. Still stinks. They want quotes for new carpet. Done. Now it's ready to go the carpet company has confirmed they've sent the quote through and absolutely no contact from Crawford and Co. Phoned about 8 times over the last week and half, somehow phone never gets picked up. Leave a message which "will be returned as soon as I'm free" and never hear anything back. Honestly don't know how they justify their existence. I guess their customer is the insurance company they are working for, not you the person making the insurance claim so they have no motivation to provide the claimant with any kind of reasonable service.
