When we opened our first store in Christchurch in 1995, our dream was to create a true pet superstore that could offer the complete pet experience and help New Zealand be the best pet parents they can be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent advice from C at the Kaiwharawhara store as I stumbled around shambolically throwing things into my basket for my first puppy. I left feeling like I'd been given good advice about what I needed, but crucially what I didn't need. Prices are a little higher that other outlets but can't fault the service.

And they have all the treats a dog could wish for! (Which you have to buy with guilt when your puppy gives you that face from the dogwash!)

I definitely recommend this Animates if you are wanting to buy Fish!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have gone to many vets in the past but Vet care Kaiwharawhara takes 1st place! Dr. Leo and the rest of the wonderful team are AMAZING! you can really tell they care and love what they do. My poor Cookie was hit by a car, but thanks to them and the After hours clinic, he was back on his feet in no time! Thank you guys!
