★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT USE THESE ROBBERS!
Absolutely worst shipping line to deal with. They are greedy and do nothing to help clients. Any invoice disputes get same generic response to buy time "We will ask our trade team to review what support they can offer. After a couple of weeks you will get the response that "trade" have reviewed the case and that ANL decline to waive any extra surcharges they impose. I have had the same response when requesting extra freetime for containers. This company will hold all shipments up if you try to withhold payment while disputing an payment. This company takes no responsibility for their own stuffups such as when their site was hacked or when return depots being full and will still charge you detention due to you being unable to return the empty container to their depot even though, as previously mentioned, the empty depot is full and will not accept the empty container. Maersk, Hapag Lloyd, Cosco, and OOCL are great shippinglines that will take the chance to work with clients.
