About Mainstream New Zealand Ltd
Back in 1992 Greg Haliday was asked to deliver the near impossible – and he grabbed the opportunity with both hands. Greg was perfectly placed to deliver the goods. Greg and his wife Diane went on to found Mainstream with that same desire to deliver on the impossible.
Mainstream has gone from a domestic freight service to a world-class integrated supply chain. Initially a virtual freighting business operating from their family home, they now they have a large fleet of trucks and offices throughout New Zealand.
Their phenomenal growth has been achieved by consistently exceeding customer expectations – delivering on time, in full and at a price that won’t break the bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the shop in tauranga is rediculous, the lady hung up the phone 3 times when i`ve asked her about my delivery, i would not recommend it at all. i have no idea what`s going on now and i need my freight tomorrow as it`s already delayed . very dissapointed about mainstream tauranga!!!

It seems that losing a parcel is very common for them that they don't even care. We've advised our suppliers not to use Mainstream anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service, how do you lose 4 pallets in this day in age with tracking systems! Just unbelievable wouldn't recommend this company to anybody.
And they say 24/7 tracking and proof of delivery neither have been applied

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have used them before, they always tried to cram things together to save costs - they take no care of the items. Management team was very arrogant when you tried to raise your complaint, to the point they ignored your email and simply close your account. Apart from that, the customer service is good and the drivers is easy to talk to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ticking all the bad service boxes; Poor Quality service, Poor Value, Not professional, Not responsive . They always place pallets on top of our pallets. All damaged goods claims go nowhere, they don't respond or advise when delays. Try to contact their Customer Service number- always the wait is +20 mins. The sales manager is useless. A real shame, do not recommend them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This business unfortunately advertisers that it can handle and deliver all types of containers on any truck etc, but in fact they cannot!!!
After much planning and cost, they had not ensured transport of my container from sydney to final auckland destination... i have been left to re-arrange delivery elsewhere with a different transport business at great additional expense for which they(mainstream) consider amusing and told me im an idiot!!
If you deal with this business there will be no happy endings!
