★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a bent iphone 11pro max that was not connecting to Wi-Fi and cellular. Fixed through AppleTech and was very easy and very good communication! Also had a MacBook Air that was not turning on, also fixed very fast and efficient! Thanks again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw James Park (owner) on the 2.2.2022 for a battery replacement for my IPhone X. I asked him repeatedly if he was using Original Apple parts. He ensured me multiple times that he was using only original Apple batteries. He said I couldn’t pay with card, only cash because quote “taxes” which already seemed a bit dodgy. He asked me to write a review right away. At home I realised that the new battery was worse than my old one (79%battery health). I contacted him about it and he insisted that I need to charge 5 full charging cycles which clearly was a stalling technique not to do a refund. After 5 charges the battery was just as bad as before so this morning I went back to get a refund and he acknowledged that the battery he had put in was definitely defect but he wouldn’t even apologise. Conclusion: scam who wasted 2 hours of my life

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thankyou James at Apple Tech for sorting out a problem with my iPhone which others could not fix where most of my iMessages were not coming through.
He fixed it within the hour, and to top it all off - he didn’t charge me anything. How’s that !!
I definitely recommend him and he will be my first port of call if I need help again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my iPhone and MacBook Air repaired in the last month. I couldn’t reset my iPhone to give to my wife and the MacBook needed a new electrical board as it wouldn’t turn on anymore. On both occasions the service was quick and the price reasonable. It was allot cheaper than buying a new phone and lap top!
