★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inquired pricing for fixing my cellphone, this place said it would cost $220. Over half of the price of what the phone is currently worth. If you want your phone fixed, don't go here. Go with Micro near the cheesecake shop. Much more reasonable.
edit: in response to your response: Yes it was well worth the money to fix the screen at Micro on Cameron Rd. $100 cheaper and they restored and cleaned all the sockets out as well.
Another complaint that I completely forgot to mention was about the customer service. I called asking about fixing the screen and the man from your shop had a serious attitude problem. Wasn't a pleasant person to talk to at all. Seems to be a common occurance at your shop? So maybe instead of denying it and saying that your staff are exceptional, how about giving that man an attitude adjustment? This was the main reason that I gave you guys a bad review. I mean, I respect your hustle if you mark a service up by $100 but at least be friendly about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Vodafone cos I’d dropped my iPhone in the sea. Got a price on a new phone ? then asked them to check if my phone was actually stuffed. They helped transfer my on off button to a touch one then sent me to phone life repairs for a screen cover. By then my ph was not turning on. The staff at phone life repairs were amazing. They offered to check it out for any damage I came back x2 after giving them time. Each time they didn’t do anything without permission. They not only saved me minimum $1000.00 they threw in a new screen protector and ph case. It cost me $160.00.
Can’t praise them high enough amazing job guys thanks so much!

Over recent months I found it increasingly difficult to hear a caller on my Samsung S9, resorting to using the speaker function.
A visit to my favourite 2 Degrees shop at The Crossing, Tauriko, to seek their advice and after listening to it they send me to PHONE LIFE, just 40 meters away in the Crossing arcade.
Explain the issue and within minutes I'm able to have a phone conversation without sharing the call to all around. AMAZING.
BUT even more amazing, the customer service.
