We were looking at buying a TV, he was very knowledgeable and patient, and did not mind answering any question we threw at him which made our decision much easier. Took TV home, had an issue, on phoning Grayson back the problem was solved hassle free by him and the store manager. Great store to deal with, would highly recommend Grayson and this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a chronic invalid. Today I had to STAND for over an hour at spark. Only to be told “ you can change an apple I phone over from one to another “ . I was told go to Noel Lemmings. Almost in tears I was greeted by a lovely young lady who walked with me to meet Michael . I WAS offered a Seat . Fantastic! Michael was brilliant . He helped me by explaining everything. . He had no trouble swapping the information on the two phone and two iPads. Give that man a raise. He’s patient and compassionate. I was so grateful to him. Excellent shop fantastic people . ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store to shop at. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Managed to get $600 off a verticle freezer as they will match the lowest price on the same product offered by the competition and you receive fly buys as well. Look on priceme for the lowest prices in NZ.
