★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivered one of two parcels from the same delivery and now apparently have to pick up the other. No reason at all not to leave the second parcel. Now have to wait 3 more days to get my package. Not impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t think Nz post know what they are doing. Sometimes things arrive quickly within 18 hours of ordering, but I’ve waited five days for parcels from Auckland and this is long before the d3lta 0utbr3@k.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not too bad, had to pickup a parcel missed in the mail and they were relatively fast. Only thing is your dont get that 'wow' as you walk in whether its from their customer service or speedy recovery of parcels. That's why it's not a 5 star review.

I understand things happen but it the complete lack of remorse, no apologies or anything that ticks me off. Have given them my phone number so they can give me an update and nothing. Very poor service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kept telling me they can’t deliver my parcels because my street is closed due to road work, when other companies make deliveries with no issue. The street isn’t closed lol there’s literally accessible parking slots right in front of my building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please tell your courier drivers not to park on yellow lines or mount the pavement. Just witnessed this in Arthur St, Dunedin. Both parks were in a special school zone with bus stops and crossings to make it safe for the kids. I have the van number but don't want to create trouble. I just ask all drivers not to do this.
