★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner was so accommodating and friendly. will definitely stay again! Immaculately clean, warm, great shower and nice creamy milk in the fridge. Makes all the difference for morning coffee. Comfy bed too.

Studio apartment comes well equipped with pots, pans, electric frypan and utensils.
Tuatara plunger coffee provided is fantastic.
Sky TV with plenty of channels.
Outdoor bbq area, playground, and pool.
Information folder is the most comprehensive I've seen - lists plenty of available amenities, activities, restaurants and more.
Laundry facilities.
Friendly service.
Not So Good:
Kettle needs some serious descaling - boiled water in a pot instead.
Fitted sheet had old (washed) mould spots on one half.
Dead beetles along skirting board in bedroom.
Shower curtain needs replacing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a really pleasant stay at Arrow Motel. Owner was really friendly, helpful and genuine. Easy to deal with and room was all ready when we got there. Just a little bit dated and dusty but the room had everything we needed and it was clean, tidy and well-kept. Service was great and conveniently located. Would absolutely recommend this motel if you're visiting Nelson.
