★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After being recommended this place highly it was nothing at all like the website said, no follow through on super important things and often front of office staff rude about staff and residents in front of visitors. I was absolutely dismayed with this. A beautiful property and while staff behind the scenes were doing there best the lack of support for them is totally unacceptable. Sadly having to trust people with our loved ones is sometimes unavoidable and shouldnt be an experience that makes it harder than it should be
