The company is extremely ethical. They always put the client’s interest first. Sometimes they even tell the clients to go to their competitors if they see fit.
They are extremely efficient. From loan submission to settlement, it can take as little as two days.
The lending managers are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They are willing to share their expert opinions with their advisers and clients. They consistently create useful content to upskill people so they can be more knowledgeable and successful.
They are not only a lender, they are also friends and consultants.

One of the main significant advantages is their experience in the development space where they can add genuine value-add advice to the project to ensure an outcome in the end. Our relationship contact is Ben Friedlander and he's a wealth of knowledge - have worked with him for several years now and can attest to this.
Our experience in the development financing market is that we're seeing pricing becoming less of a differentiating factor as it's not uncommon for some competitor lenders to simply pull the pin at the first expiry of the loan as they simply 'don't have the appetite for it anymore'. Meanwhile ASAP is still committed to the projects it lends and is there when you need them.
