★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff members seem to be uneducated and don't know what they are talking about. We went to several branchs to set everything up for a online transfer overseas. We explicitly ask for the access to sent money to an European bank account while we are in Europe. This apparently is not possible before setting up multiple steps (including long distance phone calls with charges) that we would have done prior to the trip if they would have advised us to. Now we are forced to go through the process of background checks and security checks with fees to arrange for the simple task that would have taken Meir hours in the bank.
Don't take staff members words as truths.
