★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just after New Year I popped into the Tauriko branch of Westpac looking for assistance to pay for my Mum's funeral expenses. This is complicated when someone has passed away (especially at this time of year) and when access to the family member's finances are restricted. I met a lady named Emily Roberts who could not have been more helpful. She took what was an incredibly stressful time and made it that much more bearable by organising everything for us and direct crediting the funds to the funeral home who were helping us. Emily was only a few weeks away from having a baby herself and I suspect she may still be on parental leave. Emily I just want to say thank you for what you did and all the very best as you care for your own family going forward. You make Westpac look really good LOL! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow service only wanted to drop off some red bags. I waited 20 minutes+ and only one other person in line.
Maybe can consider having the red bag deposit slot back where you can just slot it in and leave this saves a lot of your business customers time.
Gave 2 stars as the tall guy did notice I left without any service and asked if he could help.
