Found the staff accommodating and professional.
Would recommend, in particular if you need an MRI and CT together.

β β β β β Had multi MRI is different locations, this first time here. Receptionist was nice, rest of staff cold and unfriendly. Never asked if you were comfortable, never tell you how much longer. Never check if you are ok. Terrible. Will not go back.

β β β β β Excellent Front Desk all staff were friendly and very helpful especially Kim Worthington. Radiography personel put me at ease and were not only pleasant but professional during the process.

β β β β β I had the first MRI scan here in my life today. I was little bit nervous as there are so many scary youtube videos about bad experiences on the MRI scanning. The staff were very kind and explained what would happen during the scanning and set me at ease. It was very comfortable and even enjoyable experience.

β β β β β Very poor communication skills by the receptionist. Phoned me 5 minutes BEFORE my booked appointment to tell me I was late and had to reschedule. VERY RUDE to me when it was there mistake. I was on the ultrasound table 1min past my appointment time. No apology on the way out or anything.

β β β β β Wow - poor practice from the front desk. After my appointment was moved several times w/in hours of making it. I was less than pleased that the appointment where being made for their convenience and I was supposed to follow on and adjust my schedule to suit them. I trying to talk to the receptionist ... she refused to share her name or give me a name/ email of her manger; hung up on me telling me I was rude. So I will take to this forum.

β β β β β Arrived for a spec scan in July this year. Asked for sedative but told they did not do them. Was put onto this machine with my severely broken back. Tied my hands back behind my head. The next half hour or so was the most painful of my life despite my protestations they would not release me. When finished I broke down in tears. Akin to torture. Terrible.

β β β β β My appointment time was changed in the middle of the night when I was sleep. I called back in the morning as I saw the missed call and was told my appointment has been moved. This is without my consent, communication or barely 10 hours notice before you rang me in the night to reschedule my appointment. I couldnβt pick the call as I was sleeping but how about an email or text like you send to confirm the appointment? I got nothing. Thank god I rang back in the morning or else I wouldβve probably reached my appointment on time and just been ghosted. Please donβt treat people who come for MRI like they donβt matter.
