★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are closing and refunding their superannuation. Cant put it into kiwisaver. It was a mistake using this company due to their inflexibility. They lost several of my payments too, eventually found them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had called asteron the other week to change payment dates which the customer service person agreed upon only to have the payment withdrawn before the agreed date then rang again and had to tell the next customer service person how to do there job and explained the previous call i had made.
I made the agreed payment this week only to find they had withdrawn from my account yet again causing me alot of grief and account fees.
Would not recommend to anyone as they clearly cant communicate or do there job properly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We pay over $500 a month life insurance for my husband and asked it to be reviewed a year ago ….they are still ignoring us. We’ve had all the GP checks done and our broker says they can’t get in touch with Asteron coz they’re backed up! We can’t afford to keep this up. We rang a diff line to discuss increasing and they answered straight away. Go figure. So dodgey.
