Great Atmosphere,
Good company
The staff are friendly and helpful....
Betty's Burger was delicious....
However all three servings of fries to the table were cold and overcooked.
Disappointing
Your usual high standards have slipped a notch.
Maybe the fries cook was having a bad day.
I'll be back in the near test the quality of the fries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was the end of the night and I asked if they did takeaways which they did not, looking around the Mt this was about the only place open so I decided to have a meal. Even though I was almost the last patron it took in excess of 25 mins which during this time I noticed staff not wearing masks walking around. I was not comfortable and asked if I could get it in a box. The waitress said no, I explained that I needed to get back to my hotel and she asked the manager. It was in the end fine but told they would not provide it again. when the meal was brought out, the manager talked down to me like a child re not doing it again etc. It was at best condescending at worst blatantly rude. Still I thanked her, but on the way out I saw the waitress again and said thanks for her help. She ignored me. This is why I am writing this review, I have never written a poor review before but really in an age of covid where business is tough, people are weary you would think that a restaurant would be glad of any revenue, dont worry I about me asking for a takeaway again, cause I wont be back

The table service was also not great but we did have one positive interaction with a friendly blonde staff member that took our order.
Two of us had the Caesar salads with no anchovies.
The lettuce leaves was soggy and browning, one poached egg was over cooked and one was severely under cooked.
I had the salmon poke bowl was eatable most of it was nice, the salmon was very fresh but then there was an obnoxious amount of raw carrot that was hard and dry covering most of the plate.
I would have happily let the staff know about these issues but at no point were we asked how our meals were going.
Unfortunately I don’t think I will be eating here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff people were extremely rude to me and my friends. I understand that it was busy and they were stressed but we didn’t deserve to get treated the way we did. The cocktails took forever to come out and they hardly put any alcohol in their overpriced drinks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I understand that it is a busy summer season however i came here with a group of friends and the staff members were rude. Bar staff were really nice but the floor members were not, rudely got told to 'go and get my own straw' after nicely asking if i could have one with my drink. Had some bar nibbles and these were nice though. Maybe they just need some extra staff in the summer season?
