★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just left the spa after my good-to-glow treatment. I have to say that this was, by far, the best massage I've ever had. My back was extremely stiff, in pain and tense before the massage and I feel so relaxed after. No pain either! Cara did the massage and treatment for me. She was so professional, and extremely gifted. Thank you so much for such a relaxing experience. Aside from the footsteps on the wooden floor outside the room, and others talking which was fairly distracting, it was really lovely. Highly recommend. I'm definitely going to come back!

The good:
The facial was the best part, the staff was incredibly sweet, they were prompt and ready for me upon arrival, and I enjoyed the refreshing hydration shot at the end!
The bad:
For luxury prices, the room was pretty subpar. (See pictures) During the massage I could hear absolutely everything happening in the hallway (conversations, footsteps, doors opening and closing, etc.) which was very distracting and ruined the atmosphere.
The worst:
The pedicure was basic at best, do not go here for nails. I don’t know how they charge such high prices for such a low quality service. I think you could get a much better pedicure at any mall. I sat in a small/uncomfortable wooden chair (see picture) and they brought in a bowl of warm water with a plastic cover to put your feet on. The “foot scrub” was just a small bowl of salts that they quickly spread over my feet and quickly rinsed off. There was no cuticle care, no nail trimming, no nail filing, no heel scrub. Most expensive nail polishing ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've purchased vouchers for family, friends and clients and it's always been a hit. I've enjoyed a massage there myself - for testing purposes only. Amazing! Rose was all that and a box of biscuits - she really know her stuff. Treat yourself and enjoy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow!!! I had the 3hr Queen pamper special and it was such a relaxing amazing time. Sophie is an absolutely treasure. She made sure i was comfortable and her calming vibe was exactly what I needed. Lovely atmosphere beautiful soft music and don't even get me started on the wonderful aromatherapy.
