★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Road markings, especially in the staff parking area are really bad: faint, overlapping old lines. Paving is really unlevelled. Surprised there isnt more prangs/collisions there.

I would like to give a huge thank you to Driver Mele from Park n Ride at Auckland Airport.
At approximately 0410 hours on 03/06/22, Mele was completing her last drop off and had reached Auckland Airport bus stop.
It was only myself and my colleague waiting to be picked up.
I did not realise that it was Mele’s last round, she was meant to head straight to the Depo after her last drop off, but instead she offered to take us as we were waiting for the next pick up.
Mele had stopped the bus and parked safely to the side and had signalled for us to jump on the bus.
We were both very grateful that Mele had gone out of her way to take us to the staff car park although her shift was over.
Please send my thank you and praise Mele for her caring and humble nature. Mele is a prime example of showing how dedicated she is to her job. We truly appreciate her commitment.
Thank you again Mele, you are a very kind and caring women.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty damn confusing with many reserved parking spots that are not easy to identify. No covered walkways so prepare to get wet when it's raining. At the price my expectations were a lot higher.

We had to struggle in the night with rain, to find the exit. Very confusing numbering. What is the point of Colour Zones ? Directions at eye level for the correct parking for different categories would help.

12 days and paid $49 - book online and the earlier you book the better for price - park up - hop on the bus and straight to the terminal - didn’t worry about my vehicle as it was in good hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very smooth parking here for a day. Parked around 4 30 am so I expect no customer service on front and was I right. Can be book online but I did walk in just use your credit card to get in and out. Parking is secured. Bus arrives frequently to airport. Cheaper than to park nearby the airport.
