★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had eyelash keratin enhancement and brow lamination on Wed. Unfortunately, the brow waxing took off a piece of my skin on top of my right brow. It was quite painful and will take some time to heal. Apart from this, the service is alright. I like the brow lamination result now after the scab is gone.
Update on 19/7/2021. I got a call from Auckland Lash and Brow to apologise. They are reviewing the waxing procedures and willing to refund $25 for brow waxing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really disappointed with this place and not a good first impression. I went for a brow shape and tint and asked for “very light brown”. When the wax was removed and a cooling oil applied, I mentioned it was burning under my eyes which was abnormal as I’ve had this treatment done many times. The therapist said “oh well I tested the wax and it’s not too hot” and was very defensive saying my skin wasn’t “as red as most other clients” which made me feel pretty stink. I was so unhappy i came back 3 hours later , still in pain, to ask for a refund. The therapist didn’t even apologise but did acknowledge she would return the $39.00.
I would not recommend this place - not only was the treatment a failure, but the customer service was far below the standard.
Also my brows are black - not light brown we requested. I will not be back

Update - had a call from one of the owners who apologised and was genuinely upset with my review and how I was treated. Really appreciate the care and time he took to call and see how I was doing. He also offered the refund and for me to come back another time for the treatment again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really use to love coming here because the quality was always amazing. Service is always great and I can't fault that. I don't normally like to write bad reviews but for the first time I didn't get what I paid for, I paid for 2d lashes and I got more like classic lashes. I asked for cat eye look, one eye looks somewhat like that, the other doesn't and it's not symmetrical. I am quite disappointed with my lashes. The website was also very misleading saying this was a professional lash tech but she only started lashing this year. I do normally opt to get the senior lash techs but there was no option for that. I really hope things get better. ?
Update: I got a phonecall explaining what the issue may have been, so probably some miscommunication at the time. They have offered to fix it. Thank you, I really appreciate that.
