โ โ โ โ โ Unfortunately I had an accident which was not my fault. My car needed to be towed. The business was quick to respond to me and the price was reasonable however it left my wheels out of alignment.
Yes there was damage from the accident however I don't believe that the wheels were this way before. The owner denies any issue.

โ โ โ โ โ Towed our trailer from a private car park that we had been allowed to use for our work in an apartment. They were supposed to have authorisation from the building manager to have us towed, but instead towed is at the word of another tenant. Ridiculous price to get it back and had no proper answer when asked about the authorisation of the call. $420 for towing it 4km. Absolute joke

Four months later I'm wondering if the company has new owners. I rang to get a car towed, second ph call i was assured the truck was ten mins away, that was welll over an hour ago. And now they're not picking up. Very unprofessional and definitely not their usual standard

The insurance company and the police couldn't find the car. the insurance company took the keys and was ready to pay the money. but on January 17 the car was here. we took the keys and went to pick up the car and there they extorted $ 1500 from us for parking. called the police. the police refused to do this, recorded everything on a dictaphone in order to go to court for extortion and police inaction. left home .... and then at 8 pm Stephen calls from the parking lot and says that we can pick up the car for $ 420. we tell him that the wallet and cash are in the car and there are about $ 300 more we donโt have, he replied that itโs good to pay $ 120 current. when we arrived I turned on the video recording and under the video we went to the car, took the wallet and there was only $ 290. I was charged $420 to pick up my car from their tow yard which after some research is double the amount of what other companies charge, the NZTA website only charges approximately $71! This company is a scam and are ripping innocent people off! The staff member I dealt with was rude, arrogant and patronising not to mention highly unprofessional. Not only are their prices unreasonable there customer service is appalling. Iโll be disputing this fee. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

โ โ โ โ โ Auckland towing co ltd refuses to fix towing sites that are known to them and the owner about being labeled incorrectly (having parking mate) signs and towing signs in one lot. Furthermore security guards do not give clear instructions and simply say you can park when you can't. Auckland towing service asked me to pay 420 but contact the owner as this could be changed apparently as this parking was mislabeled and security gave incorrect instructions. Although the owner refuses to reply once payment is made and no invoice is given even when asked. Further they ask you to contact random businesses that they are not employed by to receive your money back as a facade. If you do not pay the fee immediately they tell you they will charge you storage fee and attempt to leave. Overall their practice and execution is arguebly illegal and personally I think they pay off the security to give drivers incorrect information to park then get towed. I paid to receive my car back and had to put up with lies and illegal practices

โ โ โ โ โ Dave was so extremely friendly and helpful. Had my car stuck in the middle of the night and no towing company in Auckland would come out and help me! Dave went out of his way even off duty. So grateful that there is someone who genuinely cares and didnโt want to see me stranded all alone in the middle of the night. Highly recommend!!
