★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just observed some pretty reckless and dangerous driving from one of the company's vehicles. Speeding, tail-gating, constant lane-switching. Not a goo look for the company and really dangerous for all those on the road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My car was towed and it was in for three days , I waited two days for a quote to be sent to me paid on the day the quote was finally sent. (30$ a night extra) Had to wait 24 hours for it to clear on their end before I got to get my car. i had to call to see if my payment had cleared as they never called me - they then said I had to pay an extra 60$ for it being in for 6 days? The guy told me he was going to check with the accounts team as they obviously had gotten it wrong and was incredibly rude and unprofessional told me I was wasting his time , another lady told me no it was fine I could come pick it up. I didn’t receive any apologies from them trying to get an extra 60$ from me when I had allready paid. Disgusting cost me 380 to get out during the Xmas holidays , I beleive these people are money hungry robots with no emotion it’s quite scary

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They seem to have a collaboration with AA. Had to get my car towed which was in my garage and had a 2 m height restriction. The person who attended was knowledgeable and very professional. A quick 10 min job and executed exceptionally. Thank you for your great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thomas and the crew at Supercity Towing were a pleasure to deal with, they were able to arrange at very short notice for my car to be delivered to the port. There was a wee hiccup due to my negligence and they were still happy to accommodate and get the job done!

Transport and drop off my trailer to the place which I asked within half an hour time without any problem. It was very professional and friendly service from John.No stress.
