★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got spark plugs had to be ordered in.. 1 hour later.. only to be stuffed around cause they didn't think there mine.. why on earth would you go in ask if they weren't yours..get asked how much I payed n get told i have to go get my receipt.. get a weird look.. sort your customer service out.. auto one.. not happy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gary is an absolute legend! Bought washer fluid for my car whilst my brother- in-law was looking to replace his ute battery. Gary had no stock in store and asked if we wouldn't mind waiting so he could drive to his warehouse down the road.This late Friday afternoon. Sure enough 15min later comes back with the battery and waaay cheaper than any other battery suppler we had been to. Well done Gary for such a great service and going above and beyond to help your customers. If you are looking to replace your car battery or that matter anything car related ,this is the place to go!
