From walking into the reception the customer service was outstanding and very welcoming and efficient, the workers inspecting the vehicle were amazing and helpful and have great customer service and very professional.

β β β β β Use to be our number 1 place to go too, especially when the Islander guy was working there. Been a customer with them for at least 7 years, even willing to pay the high price for WOF OIL check cause we trusted their service and they made us feel welcomed. But now there is a rude arab/indian dude in his late 20's/early 30's working there, and he is a total punk. Has the worst customer service, a smart mouth and bad attitude. Wouldn't be going back there. Happy to go to VTNZ down the road from now on.

β β β β β For woman with less knowledge of cars, it can be quite daunting dealing with mechanics, as ive found they always fail me and add all these things needed which normally comes to over a grand sometimes. But since coming here 4 years in a row now ive always got passed on my wofs and if not its always something minor. Like changing tyres. These guys always do an honest and thorough check over and i always leave happy. It might be a little extra then the $20 wofs but its worth it if ur looking for pple who r gonna be genuine. Also big thanks to Santa for always giving great customer service and always keeping me informed on everything. Cheers guys!

β β β β β Went in on sat to get a wof. Left my vehicle and wondered around the area while it was getting checked. During that time I never received any text or call stating my car was done and when we arrived they were closing up with my car still inside if we were there a minute later my car wouldβve been stuck there till Monday.
The guy who served us the whole time has the worst tone and everything. Said it was our fault we were late. Even though I received no call about the car being done and they did have my contact information.
He shut the window on us he left us standing there Never told us where he was going and had to walk around. Found my vehicle left alone with keys in it and all. He then came back with my vape. Question is why did he take it out of my car in the first place if everything else was where it was why did he have to return it.
Disgusting service and 100% telling others to never come here.

β β β β β First time using Drivesure. Had to wait half hour or so as the guys had to look at a modified car before me which needed a more thorough inspection. The guys kept me informed of waiting time and apologised, although not their fault. Great efficient service and very friendly. Will be using again.
