There’s a reason this place has so many 5 star ratings, this is my third exhaust job done here and all have been awesome and well priced. Appreciate the text update when car is ready for pick up. Location is near to train which makes this a convenient place to drop off the car.

The customer service has turned extremely rude and lacking care. I will no longer be a retuning customer. (politely gave this feedback when I was last there, to which the person at the desk said he couldn't care less if I returned or not)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for service and WOF. I get a phone call saying three tires need to be replaced. Off course they know I don’t have a 2nd car so I cannot verify, so I get an uber. Two minutes after I arrive they try and negotiate that they will sell me two second hand tires. I say no and that I want to keep the old tires. Suddenly it’s only one tire that needs to be replaced. Also I need wheels to be rotated. One headlight needs to be specially cleaned at cost, otherwise car won’t pass WOF. I say, ‘are you serious’? Then I am told I can clean it at home and will still get WOF. I come to pick up the car and tires aren’t rotated. I am informed they were mistaken and these type of tires cannot be rotated as tread only rotates in a certain direction. I basically just let them get on with it because negotiating with a ‘pro’ is ridiculous. Won’t go again.
