★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staying at Averill Court Motel Paihia is a delightful experience. The units are spotlessly clean. The bed was so comfy with lovely crisp sheets. The swimming pool and spa were heavenly after a day of sight seeing. No complaints at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family arrived at the Averill Motel on January 8 for two nights as we were in town for a birthday celebration. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded for free to the cottage on the property. The cottage was great for our family lots of room, private and clean. We also had plenty of parking. We were the envy of our other family members who had booked at other accommodations. Thank you Winnie for being a great host. We will definitely recommend your accommodation to friends and family. All the best for 2021!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was part of the group of 16 who stayed at your motel where there was a bad review made towards you below.. I would just like to say that we all had a great weekend. Winnie you went above and beyond for us all and we all enjoyed our weekend and stay at your motel. Thank you for being such a great host. We really appreciate you.. Our room was great and you had no problem with upgrading us to a bigger room so we could be next to our friends. The location was perfect also. I will definatly be back again ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely loved our stay. We were left to be independent tenants for 4 weeks, popped in and asked if we needed anything. Winnie and the team are awesome and friendly to talk to. Clean rooms and comfy beds. Home away from home.
