★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plenty of different route and loops to take. From the car park I started up Scotts Track - this was quite muddy, narrow and slippy in places, so good footwear is recommended. I then diverted off to the ridge track, which was much easier going. I went down to Pudding Hill stream, 10 minutes down, 15 back up. Then I followed Alder track back to the car park. 5.5km, 360m elevation gain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place, toilets on site, nice walk although a little steep in some places but just need to take bigger steps up. Kids loved it lots of room for them to run around at carpark

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great base for a series of walks ranging from 30 mins to 7 hours return. There are also multiple loops, so you can see how far you can make it. Lots of space for parking and lunch, and toilets are on site.
