★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In March 2019 I purchased a well priced truck license package deal for classes 2, 4 and 5 from AXIOM (then AMS). I successfully completed my class 2 license and a Fork Lift endorsement in March that year. The course delivery and course materials were top notch meaning, they were not only covering the essential parts of passing a license but also felt very relevant for understanding what it means to become a truck driver. excellent emphasis was placed on Health and Safety and proper maintenance of keeping log books. Noting that I am already in my early 60s, I sustained a shoulder injury and aggravated a knee injury to the point that I decided not to pursue trucking any further.
As my son, who is in his early 20s, had started his apprenticeship as plumber and drain layer, I approached AXIOM with the question if I could transfer the residual funds for the package deal over to my son so he could get a class 2 license and a Wheels, Tracks and Rollers endorsement. Heather Lamb, AXIOM's Sales Support and Marketing Coordinator, who was my first point of contact, quickly understood the purpose of my inquiry and after obtaining all the right details from me approached her management for advice. Within 12 hours I had a very positive response from AXIOM and for a small top-up payment my son is now enrolled with AXIOM for the above mentioned courses and for a Fork Lift endorsement which is part of a present promotion for the trucking course.
All my dealings with AXIOM have been straight forward, very professional and always instilled a feeling of confidence. My congratulations to AXIOM management for an outstanding customer service team and thank you to Heather for a service delivered with joy and competence. 10/10 (Armin Ziegler)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutor was late, all over the show, stressing about his pay and getting his computer going ect. Had a meltdown. I requested a replacement course from the company. Got given lip until they realized why and explained they were having staff issues. Didn't investigate , and were surprised too hear what had happened. Didn't replace the course in the end. Gave me lip when I asked why. Excuses, blame. Bagged about me too my employer. Told them they consider the matter resolved. Treated me as a no body. No nzqa, no worksafe, no support. I'll never work with anyone who presents a qualification from this business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed doing my class 4 and 5 licences here. Instructors were all enthusiastic and knowledgable.
Only problem I had was they do not offer fast tracked licensing. Being over 25 I was eligible to do class 5 immediately after class 4 but Axiom refused to do this, even after I provided written confirmation from NZTA that I was eligible.
Other training providers I talked to do offer fast track licensing so shop around if that is important to you.
