when you book a pick up time you expect it picked up on time not have to call them every week to see where/and or if the driver is coming!
Warning! Hamilton branch don't follow the website times as we were told verbally! they pick up when it suits them otherwise you have to drop it off to the depot personally, one word...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ courier driver beeped at my gate i have a huge house i didnt hear no beep then left a we missed you card in my letter box and said i wasnt home my house was open windows doors and all so i rung the depo and they said ok well u can collect from us if you need it today we will send you a message as soon as its ready they said it will be by 4 well its 530 i rung them and they said oh we cant garantee what time it will be ready ffs

Constant updates on the website so I can track my package from the Philippines all the way to Hamilton. Well done

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good customer service a card was left at my door informing me the courier driver had called in at my home while I was at work and I could have the package redelivered at a time that suited me or call in at the depot and pick it up the item was of great importance and value to me Kia ora for that
