About Baby Box
This is me, Nat, with my eldest daughter helping me out with a little promo giveaway we ran for Te Wiki o Te Reo Maori. I'm a mum of 3 and the owner of Baby Box.
I was 18 when I first fell pregnant and shopping was a challenge - we were on a budget and I was worried I'd forget something essential. Years later with my third child, I was looking forward to being able to spend all my money on cute baby things. But there was no local baby store where we lived. Baby Box solves problems I've faced.
We created Baby Box because shopping for a new baby shouldn't be overwhelming, like it was when I was 18. It also shouldn't be underwhelming, like it was when I was 27.

β β β β β I had a mattress custom made and it didnt fit! I took it in to show them and they took photos to send to the company that made it and said they would let me know.......heard nothing.
Then had to ring again and they asked for me to send more photos for them to forward to company to see what they would do......heard nothing. After months of waiting, taking photos, ringing them and emailing I am still left with a very unsafe bassinet mattress, no resolution and a baby arriving in 3 weeks. I paid $130 for the mattress I would have hoped for a much better product and much better customer service! Very disappointing!
