★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kerry helped me chose a baby seat for my grandchild. I went back to her help with fitting as it was a bit loose. She was fabulous. I can't recommend her highly enough. She was friendly and helpful and nothing was a bother - she would be an excellent role model for many shop assistants. Thank you Kerry

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady’s that work here are SO friendly and helpful. They have always been quick to show us the affordable options and what’s been popular because it’s helpful like the ricochet thermals that are more affordable and seem to just keep growing with your baby for what seems like forever! They have also given us some pretty generous discounts for larger items. They never try and sell you stuff you don’t need and have often told us when something isn’t necessary or if there is a better alternative.
Absolutely 5 stars!

I just had issues today hooking up the isofix so rang Kerry again as we are 3 hours away, she went above and beyond to help me on the phone and we got it all sorted Thankyou very much

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They made me feel absolutely awful because I wanted to return a new baby bottle.
I have been to this store many times and always had good experiences.
Today I went in to return a new bottle and to buy some cot sheets. After I explained this I got a strange look. I was told someone had called earlier asking if they could return a bottle that they had already used and they were told they couldn’t. They said that it was very strange that I was there now to return a bottle. The manager was called. The bottle packaging, which I had never opened, was opened and checked. I was told with an accusing look that they would take it back this time.
They made me feel awful. Their behavior was very unprofessional. I don’t know who called their store earlier. It seems obvious to me as they told the person they wouldn’t take back a used bottle that they kept it. Either way it had nothing to do with me. Why would you treat a good customer this way?
I am definitely not going back and do no longer recommend this place.
