Customer service and Knowledge about the product I went for were top notch, quite affordable and the parking is great also! Would recommend and definitely shop here again for baby products - cheers guys!

I ordered a high chair during lockdown which I needed urgently as our old one had broke, and noted this in the order form. I got a call shortly afterwards from a staff who gave me the full options I had (X days for this colour, Y days for that colour, etc) .
Although the colour I requested turned out to be out of stock, they followed up with my order all the way until the end, making sure I was informed and helped me get the product asap by having it shipped directly from the warehouse.
It was very nice to know that someone understood that I was in a hurry, and I could tell she was doing everything she could to help. Thanks so much Mikyla, I will be back for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited baby on the move earlier this week for advice on which car seat/capsule to purchase or hire.
I enquired online first and was told to come in store to have a look and try out some seats as I will have 3 across the back.
Although the staff were very kind, the advice I recieve was not helpful or accommodating. The car seat tech looked at my car and decided I needed to replace my existing convertible car seat and purchase 2 new diono seats ($599 each). I was told this was my ONLY option if I was to fit 3 across the back & not only was I told I needed to purchase these seats but I was told they are not very practical for a newborn so I was recommended to hire or purchase a capsule as well. I was looking at spending almost $1400 on car seats alone (2 new seats & 6 month capsule hire) and also needed to get a third bolt installed in the long run. No alternative options could be suggested when I asked if there was another option.
And to top it all off, I was told upon arrival that it would cost me $75 to try before I buy - a figure that was not given to me when I initially made the appointment.
I went elsewhere & purchased a capsule and base that fits in my car with my existing convertible car seat and booster seat! None of which are slim fitting, and there is room for my eldest (9yo) to put her hand beside her booster to buckle herself in. This goes to show the tech was not very knowledgeable and makes me wonder if the they get commission on their sales?
Over all, my visit was a huge waste of time and I will not be visiting again.

Customer service is superb - friendly staff, excellent product knowledge and 100% safety-focussed when installing car seats. Great product range outside of car seats too. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great shop with outstanding range of products however I have a crying teething baby here and despite ordering teething tamer online 16 days ago we are still waiting. The store is "looking into" what's happened to my order, but as a mother with a teething baby I don't feel it is unreasonable to expect a bit more from them... we are only 15 minutes drive away after all.
