★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just wanted to thank the lovely young man who helped me find and get down an item in store yesterday. He was very friendly. I was waiting in line behind a lady who was kicking off at one of your check out staff when the young man came in and backed up the checkout lady. The way in which he handled it was exceptional. He just told the lady who was kicking off that they were trying to help her and that he didnt need attitude or abuse from the customer. He stood with the checkout lady until the customer had left to make sure she didnt kick off again. The way in which the young staff member helped his other staff members was amazing as i have been to plenty of other stores and other staff members have just let their colleagues be abused. This young man needs to be congratulated on his conduct and customer service. He is a credit to your store and I will definitely be back to shop with you. Sorry that I didnt know the young mans name but i hope you will be able to identify who he is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff but low on stock for almost everything. Only large female sizes, hardly anything in boys shoes. Another item I wanted had a sign 'low on stock'.

I was standing at the counter when a staff member with long hair tinged with green, walks between me and the counter edge with no excuse me and then I greet the operator with a hello and what did she reply? "You know you can't return these once worn". Where have basic manners gone? I am of a generation who have reasonable IQs, so we know you cannot return undies. I am flabbergasted. No wonder I hate shopping. Too many human beings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in to buy a few items. But I was grossly overcharged for 12 products I did not buy. I didn't realize until I checked my account and then my receipt. I then called the store with no wait time and talked to "Nin". It was a quick and easy process, she confirmed I was overcharged. expressed her appologies in a very professional manner and was very friendly and considerate. For this a 1 star review turns into a 5 star. There's nothing worse than dealing with a grumpy opperator for a C.S.R's mistake. Fortunatly she was the oppisite and handled the situation politely and calmly. For this I am grateful. The store has a good range of stock and when I come here they always have what "the warehouse" stocks. Unlike the Tauranga store or frasercove. Keep up the good work Tauranga Crossing.
