★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good selection of baby gear, clothes, etc. but getting assistance was a little tricky as the staff were busy helping others. To be fair it was in a Saturday and the store was busy. All in all a good store for baby's essentials.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever... been ordered/payed for an item since queens bday, and they promised would call us to pick up, end up no calls at all... When I got to the shop, they told us the person who served us was a trainee...(well, I would say she was the most experienced employee there) Come on, dun push the responsibility to someone else, I am blaming the whole SHOP, not the individual! I should've wait for 2-3 more months before I come, and see what would they say! Sad customer service...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My BabyCity cup straws got mould in them. They are a closed loop straw so humidity and liquid gets trapped in the middle of it. I contacted customer support and they were rude and wouldn't refund. This product is impossible to clean hygienically and is simply dangerous for children and infants. They should not be selling a product that cannot be properly cleaned with what is provided and will cause harm to kids. Be very careful with this compay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review should be wrote a year ago. Experience with poor customer service when I asked for faulty products refund. Two staffs were rude and unhelpful. One of it yelled loudly on my family with my infant. The other one grabbed my husband shirt. Behave like a gangster. Escalated the complaint to the company with someone called me in 5 minutes for apologize. Then end the story. So sad and never experience such a poor service before.
