★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store looks elegant and bright, not overcrowded with racks of clothing. Selection is good but it is not quite cheap one. Music is way to loud and we were close to buying some clothing but got too annoyed with music and left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like share my very recent horrible experience in forever new albany west field mall . She spent nearly 500$ and one staff members was very rude to her probably while she was there she treated her very poorly while providing service . We like to share this experience with everyone and for brand like this stature I say it's very unacceptable. Would never recommend to anyone . I would like to also add that one our fellow mate also said they had the same experience with them they suspect the staff is racist that's a very hard to hear now days but very sad to hear

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought a dress online and had to return it because on the side where you thread through the ribbon was broken, the lovely girls helped order one in straight away but when i went to pick it up today i believe he was the manager told me you need to cut it and in fact it wasnt broken, well i paid for it and it was delivered to me ripped so im entitled to a new dress where i will cut it myself thanks, dont talk down to me when im still a customer at the end of the day. Such terrible service.

I feel very disappointed with the service and attitude from the manager, James I think? I stayed in store for a little while to observe and noticed the way that he speaks to his coworkers when no one is around. He is very rude and have noticed how stressed the girls seem whenever he is around. The attitude he gives definitely kills the vibe of the store and certainly makes me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. The poor girls work so hard and are always so polite and helpful to me and I just think its such a shame the way that he treats them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The other day I visited forever new in Albany and was absolutely blown away with the amazing service I received from the staff and manager. The whole experience was so professional and enjoyable, especially from the store manager James! He was confident with his fashion knowledge and helped me put together my whole outfit and accessories for an event I had that night. He informed me about their sale they had on as well as signing me up to the loyalty reward membership. The girls working looked very happy and had great attitudes. They were so helpful grabbing me different sizes to try on, as well as offering styling advice. I don't usually feel the need to write reviews on businesses but I was so impressed with my experience I wanted to share it. Will definitely be back!

Additional notes.. didn't see clothing sizes bigger than size women's 14.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother and I came here last week and the first girl that served us was lovely! We asked her to put a skirt on hold for us because we wanted to have a look around before we bought it. We told them that we would be back within the hour.
After about 20 minutes we went back to the store and asked to buy the skirt. We noticed that the girl who initially served us was looking for it in the back and was there for a while. She then came out with nothing in her hands and went to the rack that they were displayed on. She told us that someone wanted to try it on. My mother and I were both confused and annoyed as it was on hold, and it was for my engagement party. We told another girl (that was checking us out at the counter) that it shouldn’t of happened. The manager was next to her began to give us attitude and stare at us.
Something that I have noticed is, whenever I go into that store, it has such a terrible vibe, and I’m pretty sure it’s because of that manager. He never greets people, and never asks customers if they need any help, not only that he has such a bad attitude. I hardly go into this store because of him, and I probably won’t go there again.
Maybe you should have a change in management.
