★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The click and collect service is very slow. I had to ring the store and hold for about 10 minutes to find out that my order was ready (and in essence that they were too busy to email me advice that the item was ready to collect). It was the worst click and collect service I have encountered. You are far better to purchase in store. I ordered one item online at the same time. The online order and delivery service is very efficient, and far quicker than the click and collect option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can find most of the high tech product available in NZ. During lock down they had a long processing time for pick up product so they delivered for free by themselves. Very convenient being located in the mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service, and they happily matched the price of an item that cost less at another store. I would have given a higher rating, however several of the staff had their masks below their noses. As a high risk person with several high risk family members, I do not feel safe to come into the store again.
COVID is killing a rolling average of 105 New Zealanders every week, and wearing a mask over the nose and mouth so that it forms a seal is one of the easiest ways to protect each other. For bonus points, wear an N95 mask - these offer the best protection against omicron and other more transmissible variants. The next best option is to double-mask using 2 blue surgical masks or a cloth mask over a surgical one. But, any mask is better than none.
Thank you for the great customer service, and please wear your masks properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. Went to the the store to purchase a TV. Their price was more expensive by $300 in comparison to their competitors. They refused to price match. Don't waste your time at this store. It's far better to go to any other electronics store and deal with a store that actually wants to make a sale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have used JB HIFI often to purchase items. I had a bad experience with a repair/warranty issue for my laptop. I was dealing with a different department, but when this issue was brought to the manager Tim, he dealt with everything in such a polite, professional way, and went over and above to rectify things - no questions asked. This is a manager who understands customer service - not that there will never be issues, but when you deal with them correctly, listening to the customer, then you gain that customer's loyalty for the long term. I walked in with a "I'm so over this" feeling, and left with a "I can't get over this" because the issue was dealt with so well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here are friendly and professional. I've been in a few times now and I've always had great, quick service and it's a big store with plenty of stock. The store is following the covid rules as well, which is reassuring. I highly recommend this branch for your gaming and tech needs
