β β β β β If I could give it 0 stars I would. A group of us arrived in the early afternoon on Sunday while still semi quiet. The seats need updating as some were well worn down. Seafood wasnβt available so it only left a few items to choose from on the lunch menu. Banana bread came out cold, no water offered or seen available, and we waited 35-40minutes for our disappointing burgers and small side of fries (which were the pretty much the same size as the kids menu burgers yet theirs had an actual salad, not just cabbage) and a Thai beef salad which was tasteless.
All plates had food leftover, not worth the price. We noticed we werenβt the only ones who went up to the counter to ask about where the food was. Staff members were seen on their phones at the counter which wasnβt very professional. Overall a bad experience and wonβt be back. A lot of money and time wasted on a poor, tasteless experience. Very disappointing.

β β β β β Stopped in for a late lunch. Nice views. Great staff. Plenty of parking along the promenade, free. He had the Thai beef salad and gave it thumbs up, I had corn fritters and bacon just yum. Nice ambience. Nice place to stop in if you are out this way or taking the scenic road to somewhere.

β β β β β Service is slow but my goodness is the wait worth it! Food is delicious and very generous with their portions! Hot chips are humungous and YUMMY. I had the fish burger which was seriously huge but somehow I managed to eat it all ? Coffee was lovely. I especially loved the blankets that we used to wrap around ourselves as the beach did make it a little cooler weather wise

β β β β β I read the reviews before going and didnβt think it could be as bad as they said .... but sure enough, even going with really low expectations, we were very disappointed. The ICED chocolate not only looked revolting but was likely primo that had been out of the fridge for a while (it was room temp) with some fake nasty chocolate swirl around the outside..... the owner and staff were as bad as the drink! Itβs hard to believe the cafe could be so bad when itβs in such a fantastic spot!

β β β β β Very slow service (It was labour day) but the food was great so almost made up for it. However the children's menu chicken burger was a little too overseasoned, almost spicy for a kids plate isn't the best. Location is great with seaviews. Very pleasant staff.

β β β β β The cafe has a beautiful location and lovely view. The location and arrangement of the cafe gives a wonderful feeling to seat in the cafe and enjoy the hot drinks and snacks. Cafe is famous so it is busy during weekends. Good place for groups and families. If weather is good then you can take away and seat next to the beach and enjoy the lovely view and eat.
