★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite disappointed. Turned up at 6.45pm, but found doors locked despite hours on Google and on door stating open til 9pm. A staff member inside, but didn’t let us in or let us know hours had changed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an amazing experience to enjoy the brand Movenpick Ice cream in a hot summer with an amazing view and what an hospitality by the Beach cafe staff. Enjoyed my waffle cone with my fav mango and cream + pistachio flavour scoops. Thank you Beach cafe for taking an initiative and giving out the community what it needs in such prime location like Maretai Beach. A must visit when you around the area. Highly recommended to all specially the family outing would be great. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shocking service and extremely unfriendly! Waited for ice-cream from their Movenpick section and they served our friends and then just walked off and served others on the other side (people who all came after us), when I called nicely to ask if we are going to be served they didn't really care and said he will serve the other side and come back....I walked out as this is shocking service and will NOT recommend or ever go back, it was my first time coming here as we normally go next door to Beans on Beach for ice-cream which is amazing and service is amazingly friendly!!! I'll wait for them to open and go there!!!
