★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Served the drink which was extremely sour, being a regular customer I came back and told them that this is not like the usual drink. The staff reacted very rudely stating that the drink has always been like this and nothing can be done about it and you ll have to pay for replacement with a very rude tone. They could have handled this way better and I did not waste any time in any pointless argument. Never coming back to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After giving them chance and waiting since 7thApril, to explain why the back of the cake board was dirty and edges rotten, I am writing this review. Few years ago this dominnion Rd store was given B certificate, it tells that store practices are not upto the standards. Staff gave me no to send photos on what's app but never got any response. After ordering cakes since 2012 I am not going again. May be cheaper but dirty practices in the kitchen. Council should review their certificate again. Avoid them or feel humiliation in front of your guest. April 19th 2021.
