The best full body massage I've ever had!! First time trying cupping as well and it was a great experience. Perfect pressure (not too hard or soft), worked the knots throughout my body and the service was next level. Definitely worth every dollar paid, thank you ladies, we will be back for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a lovely massage today. It was my first and I will definitely be back. Very professional and always asking if I was happy with the pressure. I had the 1 hour with cupping and I would definitely recommend! Atmosphere was nice, relaxing, clean and comfortable. Ginger tea was really yummy too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So this was my 3rd massage at Bamboo Spa Hamilton and it was very unprofessional To the extent that I couldn’t tolerate it any longer and had to walk out.
So my therapist Naez Crown-Stratford frequently left my body idk why and kept using only one hands to massage me. She would massage my right side back leave my body to walk to the other side to start massaging my left side back.Which was not relaxing at all. Therapists hands should always be in contact with client's body. Even when getting oil use palm of one hand for oil and place other palm on client's body. Any trained therapist should do the same. Also I had asked her to only focus on my back and legs in the beginning to which she agreed and during my Massgae she left me and started talking to Pooja and when I looked at her she told me I’ll need to pay more if I wanted my back massage to be continued to which I dint agree. When I walked out leaving my partner as we were having a couples massage I later talked to a coordinator. When told the coordinator that I don't think Naez was a trained therapist she agreed and said she was new.
I understand therapist need training but I travelled 2 hours just to come get a massage and walked out like nothing had been done to my body.
Iam a massage therapist for the past 5years and this was definitely one of the worst experience I’ve had and would also like my money to be refunded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy booking process via messenger, friendly receptionist, clean massage beds, and professional service. We booked for 3 people and everyone was happy. I love that we have a foot soak, freshly changed massage bed covers, and hot ginger tea after! Will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I went for a massage here today with Shelly and Pooja. Our experience was amazing Pooja gave the best head massage I have ever had and both therapists were amazing at strong suction cupping- we’ve come a lot of times before but these therapists are by far our favourites

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A real little gem this place. Neat and tidy, super professional. I had a lady called Aurora. She found sore places where I didn't even know I had places. Definitely the best massage ever. All rounded off with the best cup of Ginger tea I've ever had.
Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I went for a date and oh my goodness, the staff are really respectful, they're amazing at what they do and they do exactly what you pay for and nothing less.
The atmosphere whilst getting your massage is really calming and it is scented with essential oils. Definitely will return!
