★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not staff members rude and unkind. And this has been mentioned at our other local music shops. I've even had floor staff say it out loud loud enough they can't stand working there so their manager could hear them. I think tha
manager could hear them. If you want to be treated consummately as a professional and respected. I suggest you going to one of our other two awesome music shops. They are so kind they let me take gear home to test. The Rock Shop the warehouse of music shops. Thanks for doing your best to create a Monopoly but you're failing. And your managers have a tendency to lose the plot with people and that is so unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the third visit in this shop and we like it due to the variety of items and the helpful staff. We bought guitars for our 2 sons, along with accessories. They have an extensive collection of musical instruments, from very beginners to professionals. Prices are competitive and eventually there are good sales inside. It is well located within CBD, easy to park and open on Saturdays. Worth the visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff saw me as I walked in...but then ignored me totally after that... I had to ask if I could be served...even though I was standing at the counter where they could see me. Made me feel like I was not in the elite club that the 2 staff members were in talking amps and ignoring me and other customers... I won't be back...I went to sherers music works and was treated like a person...well done music works

Staff helped me find items, one item was out of stock, they offered an alternative that was cheaper than the original. I walked out with everything in my list and even SAVED some $$$ = RESULT!!!
