Worst bank service in NZ Never pic up calls and if do so the concerned department won’t answer. Zero etiquette for customer service. I am not the only one who feel like this for this perticular bank.

Bank of Baroda very seldom answers the phone calls. The staff are hesitant to answer calls from NZ customers but efficiently answer calls from their Indian Head office as the bank uses caller ID to determine which calls to take. Got this info from staff when confronted why they don't answer customers' calls.

I feel like this bank is still operating under 1950 era. Never answer your call. Staff is not friendly, I have never seen more than 3 to 5 customers but still they pretend as they super busy. Online banking is a Jock. Mobile app (M-Connect plus) crash every-time and can’t do much with it. I don’t believe they still operating in New Zealand, useless bank with terrible service.

Loser bank acquiring most loser staff.. Here in Auckland branch, Customer can not expect anything in customer service.I requested to close account and do left money settlement since last four month back but NO RESPONSE. Branch manager should stay home. Highly NOT recommending bank. Unfortunately, no option less than one review STAR. You deserve that.!! SO FRUSTRATING.

Went there to get some docs emailed from their branch to a branch in India.! Offered me appointment after 12days!! Max 10 min job!!Obviously didn't wanted to help!! Would have given zero star if that option was available.

After a long drawn futile experience with the card services, the lady from ex Manukau branch went beyond her line of duty by providing us exemplary service and resolved the issue. She was always very helpful in Manukau branch also.

World worst bank, especially in New Zealand, worst customer service experience, Big Zero star , not even one star, Never recommend to open any account or used any service at all and are talking about matching with all other NZ banks, it's 50 years behind in terms of customer services and all other services, putting everything on their system glitch. Worst bank

Horrible customer service. Trying to reactivate my account since the last 2 days. Provided all documents yesterday but still not activated. I was informed that they are not able to activate the account in their system. They informed that even the branch manager is not able to activate the account. Requested to speak to the manager but was informed that he is busy with a customer. Requested call back by manger but no body has called yet. Never open an account at this bank.
